#MEOWAUKEE, formerly named Purrfect MKE, is a summer program that waives adoption fees for adult cats at MADACC from June 1st to October 31st. This program helps to reduce overcrowding in shelters during the summer months when intake is higher. MADACC’s adoption hours are 1:00pm to 7:00pm Monday through Friday
